I've been looking at Tacoma's like mine online. And noticed alot of them have no mudflaps, I still have my rears on, but they dont do much good since my wheels stick out farther then them, and that just looks funny. So Ive been thinking about removing them but not sure... Yes/no?

I would take them off. I still have my rears because I'm on stock tires.

although it would look better with them off, i personally wouldnt want to be behind you and get a crack in my windshield from a rock you kicked up. also take a look at the laws regarding mudflaps in your state

They protect some of your under carriage from road debris...... personally, I'd leave 'em on.

I know some folks take them off because of offroading ... the mud flaps tend to get caught under the wheels/terrain and usually get ripped off anyway. I had one rip off on my 96 while offroading.

Well I just took them off, and yes it does look better. And my front ones are off bc of my tires rubbing, and I or ready have a grit of rock chips in my paint from taking them off a couple years back. But Im thinking I'll leave them off for now, and then see later If I want to put them back on. Thanks for all the comments.

Well It looks like I might put them back on, bc its requird in my state to have them in bad weather conditions(Rain,Snow). So even though summer is around the corner I really dont want to take the chance off being pulled over. :(

Ya I live in Wa to, my dads a popo here to he says it doesnt matter to them most of the time. He said they might pull you over and notice you also dont have mud flaps and they will just say get some flaps. But if you dont want to risk it I completely understand
