Getting a new-2-me(used-2003) quad cab -tranny question

    workin on it -
    Never heard much about yota auto trannies - this truck has 130K and a v-6, very sharp, but looks like its been driven a little rough, any input on the durabilty of the auto trans???

    There's some history about Tacoma trannies in the towing thread..apparently they have a long history of reliability and toughness-variations of it are used in more than just Toyota.
