    Why are 90% of the Tacos I see missing their front mudflaps.

    Same here! they rubbed. But I know what you mean, I see alot of stock taco's that are missing there front flaps too.

    When I got my truck (used), I had the dealership replace the left front flap that was missing. After driving it for 6 months and going over a couple of curbs, I broke the left one off. They're just too low to the ground to not get hung up and break. Even without offroading, you'll end up tearing one off sooner or later. I took the other front one off to match, and I like the look a lot better anyways. Only downside is getting water / mud up on the truck after washing it.
