i ran a 3 inch body lift on my isuzu pickup ever since i started driving it and ive jumped it and beat it beyond what i thought to be its limits and its still holding together fine. and if you only do street driving and dont drive like an idiot i dont see where it should be a problem. just make sure to locktite everything. and check the tightness every now and them.

Nah.. its not worth it.. that much gap in between the frame and the body is just awful.. plus with that much BL you have to relocate fan shrouds and stuff like that..

Plus theres what TigerFan posted.. if the proverbial crap hits the fan, you don't know if its gonna hold up, or just sheer off.

IMO..stay with what you can afford until you can do it right.
