1999 PreRunner Coolant around intake valve above cylinder #3

So I decided to take a part my air intake plenum and give it a good cleaning... Noticed when I did that there was a good amount of engine oil coating all six intakes as well as around all the valves. There is also a small amount of coolant noticeable around one of the intake valves in the #3 cylinder...

What do you guys think? Blown head gasket? I'm not getting the typical overheating or milkshake oil but I realize that's not always the symptoms of a blown head gasket. I just recently replaced the valve cover gasket on the same side of the engine as cylinder #3 due to a leak.

Any thoughts would be helpful, thanks guys!

 

Still can't find any way coolant could have gotten into the head (around cylinder #3) except by head gasket (or cracked block). Anybody else have any experience with this or something similar?
