    Were they available in otherparts of the world in that configuration? I too would go with the newer doublecab long bed if they nade em with a manual tranny:/

    01 SR: Double Cab conversion, S/C, lowered.
    First-gen Tacomas? No, because the Tacoma is a North America-only model.

    If there had been a factory crew cab long bed elsewhere it would have been a Hilux (different model line).

    they got 2 first gens (a doubble cab short bed and a single cab long bed) and they forced them to have sex and this is the end result
    hate to bring it to you but that was the short bed verson for that model
    and on a side note they didnt offer that option in a long bed verson
