my trip is about 50% city, 50% highway, i got 20.74 on my last tank. i am in se texas and run the ac about half the time (on the way home from work). i was really trying on this tank by accellerating slowly, that really helps mpg. ect power turned off, i don't see how raising your rpms can possibly help mpg. i run mobil 1 5w-30.

i am going out of town this weekend and will report my highway mpg when i return. i hope i can get 22, but 21 is the best i've ever got, even 100% highway.

That's awesome man. I've noticed my tank lasts noticeably less with the AC but I've never calculated how much Im getting. Post up your results!

I didn't think ECT PWR mode helped either, but it does!

I got 20mpg+ on my v6 4x4 with a high rise cap out on the back with 50/50 driving... 21mpg without the cap...

My best ever was around 22.5 mpg doing 55 mph with 2 dirt bikes in the bed. I was coming down from about 9,000' to 5,000' over about 100 miles.

it's kinda difficult to slowly accelerate with these trucks. the accelerator is the most sensitive of any vehicle i've ever driven.

Not in my experience it's not.. I find it extremely easy to control the acceleration.

it's a button to the left of the steering column. it's supposed to be used when towing. it changes the shift points later for more power and some claim it increases gas mileage.
