Trailer Hitch

I kept the hitch off of a 94 pickup I had and I am attempting to fit it on my 02 Taco but it doesn't look like its going to fit. Can someone post a pick of the hitch and how it mounts to give me an idea of how I need to alter this one.

The older trucks had a different frame, this doesn't line up at all, I think Im gonna have to cut and grind to make it fit.
