Stock height for 02 4wd

Does anyone know (or can provide a link) to the stock height for an 02 4wd with 265/70-16? I got the overall height of 68.7 out of the owner manual. But Im looking for front and rear levels at the height of the fender flare.
Right now my ride is sitting at
35 7/8 RF
36 1/8 LF
36 38 RR
36 3/4 LF

I took the measurement of a level surface from the center of the wheel (ground) to the center of the flare....

Planning in get 5100 front and back (in the near future) and just looking for help in making sure all is level.

Im pretty sure that your about right. The stock hight should be right around 35" and 36"

 

Sweet. Is it possible to have the same measurements when level? Or will you always have a little sway +/-.

Well, when you get your 5100's. set it to the 1st setting and you should be level with the rear.
