got a bit bored over the memorial day weekend and thought that i should get started on the front bumper that i've itching to work on the last few months.

this isn't meant for mass production, but i will make about 5 or so and see how many are interested in it. everything i make is focus and prioritize on quality of the product not quantity. i don't need to sell this shit to make money, just merely for enjoyment. there are no time lines, i will work on it when i feel like it...it might take 2-4 weeks or 2-4 months.

i'm in socal, if you're in the area and want to come by to see the quality or production progress for yourself, feel free to pm me.

    a couple of facts:

    made from 3/16 plate

    tig welded

can be bolt-on (people that want it for looks) or weld-on (hardcore wheelers)

    two shackles mount/winch point

will retain your oem turn signals, no fog lights hole (i hate that shit)

winch can be use behind the bumper if desire

optional skid plate that will bolt-on to the bumper in place of the bulky oem piece

weight is roughly going to be 100 +/- lbs

fits all 01-04 1st gen (95-00 unsure at the moment)

no plans for 2nd gen production right now, unless i have someone's that willing to donate me their truck as a guinea pig.

no plans for the rear bumper yet either. maybe if this project is a success.

*important: will match the body lines of the truck, not just pieces being put together like other custom bumpers out there.

my background was and always will be sports car. body lines and panels must line up properly without ridiculous gaps/poor fitment, owning a truck with gaps as much as 1" doesn't really sit well with me.

oh and the most important factor if to most of you is price right?

    ....

somewhere in the neighborhood of $500 give or take

cardboard mock up for now :)
