    Hi folks,

I read a couple of threads about door rattles and also found this great page on removing the door panel.

    http://www.customtacos.com/tech/index.php?article=143

But I'm curious as to what I may be looking for causing the glass rattle. It seems to me like something in the channel let loose so the glass rattles only when 1/2 to all the way down.

Suggestions? It is driving me nuts.

yeah, I had the same problem but it was more of a rattle and squeak. the window guides are attached to the door with a nut. I took the door panel off and saw that the nut was loose, so I simply tightened it and that solved the problem.

Just take the panel off and tighten every nut and bolt you can see.

Mine rattled because a bolt on the back side of the door frame was loose. Tightened it and all is well. Visible when you open the door, don't even need to remove the panel.

It would be nice if it turns out like isu's problem. But if not, at least I have the confidence to take off the door panel, glad to hear that it might only require tightening a nut!

    Thanks folks,

As isu2014 said the bolt on the side of the door was it! So easy, I can't believe I lived with the rattle for so long.

Thanks all, this is a great forum!
