Have there ever been any recalls on a 1998 Tacoma Extended Cab?

Since my "new" truck has never been to a dealership since it was bought.

I need to find out any recalls that have ever occured on a 1998 Tacoma Extended cab?

The only recall I remember from owning my 96 - was the head gasket recall on the 3.4L engines.

I'm not sure your 98 is affected or not. Chances are - you already have the new designed gasket or else your truck wouldn't have lasted this long without it.

What type of gasket are you talking about?

 

If it helps, while going through the maintenance records that came with my '96, the head gasket was replaced due to a recall campaign.

 

I have a 95, do you think its affected? it has 192,xxx miles.
