They look more streamlined than all the other pics of bushwhackers I've seen. I like the more streamlined appearance.... maybe it's just the angle of the photo?

    Thanks for the info.

I hate the rounded/bubbly look of the stock flares. Been trying to find alternatives for awhile.

    Sorry for the mini-hijack, OP

    I friggen love that.

I love the grille/lights look of the 95-97. Not a fan of my '98's front.

Was it a hard swap? Do you notice any difference in headlight output?

And do you have to swap the hood in order for the grille/lights to fit?

Again, I reiterate, I love the look of that swap, man

I have the same brushguard but without the inserts in front of the headlights. Thought about putting them back in. Do they effect the light any?

Well I swapped from an 01 front not a 98. But,

No it wasn't hard. Just read the swap thread in my sig.
No difference in light output, its actually better than before because the stock 01 lights were badle scratched/fogged and the old ones I put in are IPF lenses with VisionX bulbs.
I did need to swap the hood, but I don't think the 98-00 tacos do.

Just read the write-up I did.
