    A cummins or a tundra. I have a 01 tundra and i loved it i wish i would have kept it. It have a ton of power and plenty of room for 4.

    A friend of mine has the 4 cyl Cummins (I think) and he usually gets 20-25+ MPG. They're a great engine, last forever and good power; too bad their paired with dodge. :eek:

    back to bone stock.
    it's a straight six. i was in negotiations with a dealership. i was "this"close to buying a 2009 brand new. i loved it. i could tow anything. fuel mileage was decent..20 or so. same as my taco. the only thing i couldnt get past, the thing is super HUGE! i live in the wrong part of the world for a huge rig. i then test drove a new tundra, but the dealership started playing games..i simply saved the $$, and walked out in disgust.

    then i tripped over a clean used 06..had cash..bought it. but i would be lying if i didnt admit; i do think about that diesel rig.

    Yeah, I've driven one a few times and they're just massive. I love the Tacomas size, but luckily I don't tow anything to justify getting anything bigger.

    OEM running boards and roof rack. Yellow fog bulbs and WeatherTech mats and window visors.
    And I just think the newer (09 +) Ford truck line-up look like mongoloids from the front end. They completly ruined the front of the Super Duty line-up and the 150 just something about the front is very unappealing IMO

    That one definitely does, as does my own f250. I prefer them as I've destroyed too many automatic hubs.

    Either have the front axles always turning as on the Tacomas or give me a mechanical way of locking/unlocking.

    I swapped my auto hubs to manual Warn hubs on my last 1/2 ton after being stranded due hub failure. Never had a hub issue after that.

    ya my dad's f350 has manual hubs but i prefer to have manual over auto because my axles would have to be replaced each month if they were constantly turning haha
