    I heard tjm left the us, does anyone know of any companies that still carries them for 1st gen tacomas or has leftover stock?

    They were never in the U.S, they just imported them to the U.S.

    As far as I knew, they stopped importing to the U.S. a couple years ago. I guess there just wasn't enough 'demand' for them at the time. I was lucky enough to get mine when I did - and that was 10 years ago.

    go ARB, quality is about the same, as is price.

    Unless your set on a plate bumper i would take a look at badlands bumpers.

    i dunno...ive seen some pretty twisted up TJM bumpers...never seen a twisted ARB...

    these are very nice...badlands was def my first choice

    How many TJM bumpers have you even wheeled with?
    Not many of them out there. I've never heard of them twisting up.

    IMO the TJM is/was the best looking bumper out there. Especially the ones without the big hoop/light bar thing. Its a shame they aren't around any more.

    I know there are a lot of folks like you that like them that way. Its a personal thing for me. I just like them better without the hoops and those big bumper pads on the front. I feel the same way about the ARBs. If ARB offered a bumper without them, I would have one on my truck right now.

    Ik what ya mean those shock works bumpers look sweet but not in my price range, I've got the metal and my dad weilds so we just goin to try to make a plate to put my winch under the stock bumper
