New tires and alignment next week...2003 DC TRD

Okay, it took a year but finally got the toytech 3" ultimate lift with new alcan rear springs installed. Coilovers set at 3", but replacement springs raised rear~5". Anyway, because of a son in college and tight discressionairy funds, Im planning on keeping the stock wheels. I'm currently leaning towards 255-85-16 Maxxis Bighorns, or toyo open country MT's, where I'd have to get 265/75/16's. (Both carried by Les Schwab tires in the northwest) I do a fair amount of hunting on marginal roads, and do get into deep snow periodically in the winter. Which size would you get and why. Hi, sounds like u have a nice truck! Could you post pics of your truck because i have the same model truck and i'm thinking about doing the same thing

 

If you're driving in a lot of snow, AT tires will be better than MT (or so I've heard).
