Recently I noticed my front right ( passenger side) headlight has gone dim. Ive switched bulbs and still same side is dim, so its not the actual bulb. I was reading somewhere that it could be a blown plug (part that connects bulb to wires), but was wondering if anyone else has had this problem? and what did you do to fix it? I went by a toyota dealership and they were charging $9 for each wire x3, so basically $30.

To note, I installed some HIDS about a year ago, so this may have been the reason for the blown plug. I switched out to my old bulbs and still passenger side is dim, so its NOT the actual bulb itself.
