Advice on a lift kit

Guys, I'm the proud owner of a 1999 Tacoma SR5pre runner and I would like to lift it just a bit, maybe 2" to 3" but I have no idea of any good lift kit. Can anyone of you recommend me any or if you guys can share your experience with any lift kits would be appreciated, also if you can tell me what price range do they have or what should I expect to pay for one of them. Thanks for your input.

The Icon shocks are great but very expensive!
