How do I remove my secondary air?
    Will it improve mpg?
    What else will it do?

Just pop the intake open like you are going to change the air filter and look at the side where the intake goes into the engine. There should be a carbon looking screen there, it is held in place by some plastic rivets. All i did was take a screwdriver and slide behind it and break the rivets off. There you go it is removed. It hasnt been proven to improve gas mileage on any model that i have read about, the only difference i noticed is that it seems to accelerate faster and doesnt act as if it being robbed of so much air flow.

First gens dont have carbon filters in the intake. Just an airfilter, and you dont want to run without it.
