    Theryano,

The year of your truck means that Toyota will buy your truck for 150% of resale value, not trade in value. That is the best offer around. If your frame is rusted, take it to a Totota Dealer for a free frame inspection. They will start the the process.

There are no frames available for your year of truck, only for 2001-2004.

Those are all questions for the dealer/Toyota. Toyota uses Kelly Blue Book for the value of the truck.

You sell Toyota the truck, not the dealer. Toyota gives you the money, you do not have to buy a new Toyota, you do not have to buy anything. You can take the money and run, blow it, what ever.

Toyota smashes the truck and you get the money.

my dealer advised me that salvage vehicles are not eligible for the buyback. I noticed you have a 1997 - call a dealer with your vin and ask for the "in-service" date of the vehicle. It just may well be past the 15 year eligibility date from that date.
