Need help ordering radiator?

So I have a leaky radiator, no one can seem to give me a straight answer so I was hopping y'all would , I'm going to be ordering from rock auto I have a 2000 Tacoma prerunner 3.4l sr5 Wich one do I need? Is prerunner same as 4wd? Wich brand is best? Thank

 

i would say they are probably the same but not 100%. Also are you auto or manual?

make sure you get a radiator for auto. theres transmission fluid lines that run to the radiatior as well. sort of like a rad. inside a rad. it just cools the fluid.

 

Yah I noticed those hoses, would I need to flush my trans or top it off when I change the radiator?

another thing to see is if you have the tow package, as the radiator is angled like 2 degrees different. dont know if this makes a difference though to the radiator itself.

flush no, but refill yes. any lines you open you would have to reflow the system with fresh fluid. its a great opportunity though to change fluids.

 

I just recently had a trans flush , I don't mind topping it off , how do I tell if I have a tow package, I know I have an oil cooler and a hitch

 

What should I order? Need a rad bad! Lol
