'98 sr5 Rattle from the clutch in 1st to 3rd

    '98 Tacoma v6 SR5
    Deck plate mod, all chrome plasti dipped, 32" BFGs, fogs, 3" bilstein coilover 5100s/5150s in the rear, manaflow exhaust, smoked tail lights, rooftop lightbar, upgraded alpine sound.
    I have a 98 sr5 5 speed and it makes a rattling noise that seems to come from the clutch when im really low in each gear pressing the gas. The clutch feels strong the motor feels strong. I am clueless when it comes to transmissions. Any help?
