I recently found out that i have 3.91 gears and not 4.10's because I do not have the factory e-locker. i know 285/75/16 would be a stretch for the 3.91's. i have a 3" lift and i don't like the look of the 265/75's, would it be worth it to re-gear to 4.56's so i can run the tire i really want or just live with the 265's :(

For the guys who have gotten different gears:
    was it worth it?
and what tire size/ gear combo are you running?

    Thank you for your time

I have 4.10s with a v6/5 speed and 33x12.50s, it feels pretty boggy. Kinda feels like it has to push a little hard sometimes. Its livable but I want more power and torque so im regearing to 4.88. Im reagearing it myself with someone else who has experience for free so labors nothing for me, which in your case im guessing youd have to pay like $500-600 in labor so its gonna be over $1200 for gears+labor easily especially if your 4wd. Ill make a before/after video and post it if you want

that would be awesome, i think im gonna go ahead and get my 33's and live with it for a few months until i can afford the labor, i have a family friend who owns a shop and can do it for pretty cheap.
