2nd gen mudflaps on 1st gen ?

    I am missing my front mudflaps, and am wondering if the 05 and up mud flaps will fit on the 01-04 ? The OEM flaps for the 1st gen are getting very pricey, and I can get the 2nd gen for half as much. Has anybody got any info, or has tried to put the 2nd gen, on their 1st gen ? Drilling required????
