I just installed a marlin 1600 heavy duty clutch in my 2003 Tacoma. I also had to replace the clutch fork and pivot, the truck would barely go into gear before, you would have to shut it off sometimes to get it to go into 1st. before all that it shifted fine and went into first just fine. also I resurfaced the flywheel. now the truck is hard to get into first, it does not grind or anything it just doesn't want to go in. I lubed the throw out bearing and clutch fork, also I have bled the slave cylinder and changed the clutch fluid, the trans fluid is new also. I don't think it is a slave or master issue because it doesn't grind. I was wondering what you guys thought it might be?
    Thanks a lot,
    Tim

    Look at build!
Mine did this after I first put the same clutch in, the throwout bearing had come off the clips and been destroyed.. might want to take the rubber grommet off driver side and take a peek inside to be sure its still on the clips correctly

Does the slave cylinder move that fork enough?
    Try bleeding it again.
