    i have a low profile uws toolbox that is aluminum color.i would like to paint it black.any of yall have tips to make it look good.i searched and didnt get much info.

    getting there....
    when my black uws box starts to chip/peel.....i will be bedlining mine with herculiner....its pretty durable.

    for painting yours.........wash it really well/scrub it with a scotchbrite pad with dish detergent and water. after drying.....you are gonna want to use a good primer on it.........do a few coats to ensure its all even. then use the paint you choose and spray a few coats.............light coats are better, and you can even the paint out and make everything look good and even that way.
