engine oil drain plug for 2RZ FE

    Also, does the drain plug need replacement sometime now or in the future?

    If the threads are in good shape then there is no need to replace the drain plug.

    Just got it!
    If you buy a fumoto valve you'll never have to mess with the drain plug again - simply open the valve, let oil drain, close valve. No need to take it in/out after initial install.

    Thank you for all the replies.

    I did consider fumoto but since I only need one oil change per year (full syn and maybe 6000 miles) I think I can save the $30.
