    I tried searching it and came up with nothing. Is anyone running these skid plates on their truck. How is the quality. How is the fit and do they work with a 1 inch diff drop. I am thinking about getting them for my 04. Any imput or pics would be great. Thanks.

    I just ordered the skids. I hope they work good the price seemed right.

    I hope so. I distroyed my stock ones last i when wheeling so i hope these hold up.

    This is a way old thread. I've seen skid row skids on a few trucks that have held up to abuse really well. They are essentially the same design as budbuilts and the same material so I don't think you're going to have a problem with them.

    IMO skidrow skids are better built then budbuilt.. they have two extra supports on the front skid that I find to be very vital in a front skid plate... and I have a full set that I have beat the shit out of

    Just be aware that if you have a 1st Gen Tacoma with 2.7L AND automatic transmission, the tranny skidplate will not work. The x-members on those trucks, like mine, are 2 inches further apart than other Tacomas.
