    Sounds like the ABS kicked in and the transmission shifted down.

    Smells like BS, i have aftermarket rubber floormats for years and have never had it stick once .

    The service tech told that there was a fix for the gas pedal so I am not sure if was a called a recall or not but they did do a fix on the gas pedal.
