I bought a used 09 Tacoma Silver DC TRD Sport with 10K miles, one owner, on July 28. Salesman was not doing well on is quota and I got a pretty good deal. Part of that deal was he would not fix the crack in the driver side rear tail light. It looks like the crack is through but I have no condensation yet. So, I am looking to replace the stock tail light. The 09 has the brake light LED. Retail they are about $200 for one or about $120 + shipping online.

I can replace both for about the same. So, I am looking at these lights but I was wondering if anyone had experience with these or any thoughts in general. Don't want to rice up the car and quite frankly I think the stock ones are in that direction or euro like.

The list is in the order of what I like.

I also see that some have the Pro Wear but the ones I found were almost $300.

You mean the after market ones? Has that been an issue?

Many thanks for posting the install pic. How are these working for you? Happy with them? No leaks?

Some eBay tail lights and headlights have been known to fog. You can put a bead of silicone around the edge for added protection to ward off water getting in the lens.
