James, you should install the Billys at the lift you want when you install them. theres no point of installing them at 0' just to take everything apart a month or two later.

We all know james will start a HELP WITH INSTALL thread to install the Billys and he will star another one for the second time too because he cant search for his orginal thread. no point in making you guys work harder.
    Finaly,
I Would recomend the 265/70/17 BFG all terrain. it is about a 32 inch tire.
you will not have to chop anything.
you will be able to keep your stock rims and not need wheel spacers.
it will give you better gas mileage than a 285 (33 inch) tire.
it a great off road tire.
    And the 265 are cheaper

you can only get 3" max from a coil or spacer lift.
you will need new spindles to get +4" of lift.

Fix your rig for where you drive the most!, if you go with the 35" a 6" lift kit is a must, but unless you are really serious about off roading go with that set up, I will suggest stick to the 285", make sure the wheels you get have the right back spacing, and 3" coil over kit will do the job just fine for the off and on the road, although some trimming to the rear of your front fenders should be performed and possibly to the cab mount, a set of Total Chaos UCA´s will do a lot of good for your rig.

    Cheers.
