Rim Fitment?

Deaver j59 pack 2.5 SAW coilovers, rear bilstein 5100's. Extened stainless rear brake line, deck plate mod, drop in K&N filter, Kenwood headunit & pioneer speakers, SnugTop Shell.

I have a 1998 4x4 and i love the way these rims look on other tacomas but they wont fit on mine. I have tried two different sets of the rims and neither set would fit. I would put the rim on the wheel studs but only like 1/32" of threads would show. Anyone have any idea why? Is it because they are hub centric or lug centric or something? noob question, sorry!
