What's the story on your front diff seals? How were they compromised?

Dang! My rock sliders look exactly like the side of your truck after I do a trail like that. :D Seriously though, I hope the repair bill isn't too high.

repair bill? pshhhhh.... my welding skills are better than higherluxs :p

not that worried about it. i studied body work for a while. i got it so the door open and closes easy. Ill either cut it out and weld in a new rocker or not even bother and linex from the bodyline down.

it adds character, dont really care what it looks like... i will make sure to protect it whether fix and paint or linex. not for looks but for rust protection

Right on. I know you were planning on running the Rubicon in the future so yeah, everything builds character.

My truck has permanent pin striping from all the desert plants that want to feel my Tacoma. :D

a few people ive talked to say that the rubicon is alot like john bull trail and dishpan springs. i may be ready to take it on in the spring. i wanted to this summer but money issues stopped me from doing all the mods i wanted to. the summer flew by on me.

    thread jack over:)

I left the house and when I let off the gas is sounded like a drum stick in a fan! As long as I kept a load on the drive train everything was fine but when I let off and come up to a stop sign. TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT is what I hear. I am thinking the pinion bearings. The noise is coming right fron the front of the diff. where the pinion shaft is. $$$$$$$ SUX 2 B ME:mad:
