Hey guys I was thinking of what I could do to spice up the appearance of my truck, and I thought about putting some Vinyl decals on the rear mud flaps (I have a Prerunner so no 4X4 logos) Just wondering if anyone had done this, just was curious if it looked good/or if they just get torn up quickly.

    Thanks!

Yeah that's kinda what I'm afraid of, just a thought.

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.

Yeah and how long would they last down on the mug flap. Depending on your winters not that long. Maybe get a hold of Sockmonkey he should be able to tell you if they will last or not.

i would bet they would not stay on very long.
that is a pretty rough surface for a decal

the more contact surface the better

I will trade you my 4x4 rears for your prerunner plain ones. Then we both win... sort of :p:D

My vote is leave them plain if you haven't already guessed.

Been thinking about doing something with my mud guards as well. Tried one idea and it was pretty much an epic fail.
