dealers and their invoices question

2011 Tacoma DC TRD Off road with JBL. (bed extender w/deal)
The exact sticker on my truck is 32,584.
I traded in my 2005 Nissan Titan for the Tacoma. The dealer gave me a great trade value for my Titan and also the Tacoma at Invoice. With my Trade, I paid approx. 29,700 for the Tacoma.
18,000 trade in for Titan.
11,650 and Titan for Tacoma.
So far, the Tacoma has been great.

 

That's about the going average on 2011's. What state are you in?

The Invoice on the truck is 29,721.
There are 2 Toyota dealers near me and the the Dealer I bought from was about 700 under the other dealer. The other dealer said there is no way that I could get this truck for that price, I actually waited about 4 weeks for the truck to come in. When truck came in, the Dealer I bought Tacoma from called, I went and dropped off my Titan and picked up new truck for this deal. No problems or extra fees.
I put 1,000 down on the tacoma and had to wait about 4 weeks, the 2011 was worth the wait to me.

 

Well, he is down to 29000 for the truck which is $300 under invoice, or $2800 off off sticker. They have no Tacoma incentives from Toyota he said. They include some gimmicky stuff like 3m door guard and lifetime warranty. He won't take that stuff off the price, claiming it's free.

He wants to give me 22k for my truck. That is close to kbb trade in fair condition. Little below. Difference of $7,000. The numbers still aren't to where I like them, by I don't know how much more is possible. I mean this is for an '10 when 11s are out now. Thoughts?
