I have been trying to get rid of my 1992 Kawasaki Vulcan 750, 21K miles. Needs new battery and there is some dry rot on tires, otherwise, runs well (at least it did 2 years ago, which was the last time I started it). Anyone interested?

The @ least it did 2 years ago part probally LOST a lot of interested buyers. You should just see if it works and get it working. That would help with the sale. No buyer want to buy a NON working item unless its dirt cheap.

I already have 9 bikes so I'm not really looking for anymore. But I would suggest at minimum to buy a $30 battery and I bet for about $150 you could put a set of new tires. From my experience, bikes that need work, even as basic as yours needs tend to sell for quite a bit less then the market value, people want to buy a bike they can ride right away. With that small investment of under $200, I'm sure you will get a much better price for your bike. Good luck!

sadly, I've only put Husky Liners in it thus far - tend to blow all my cash on my bikes and guitars.
I'd definitely go over it and ensure it's condition - figure out what it needs and then offer it up at 2 prices........one fixed, one as is.........what were you wanting to get out of it anyway?
