Making my 5lugger off road worthy

I want to modify my 5lugger's suspension, so I can do light off roading and trail running.

I have done my research, however I am new to trucks so I would like your input.

I am on a budget as well so most of these mods are compromise, between functionality and cost.

1, Rear differential breather mod. With this I was wondering if I could run the breather hose from Rear differential all the way to the airbox, so i dont have to get another filter.

- which is the best option? I am guessing option #3 with longer rear shocks and longer AAL. I use my truck for work and hauling stuff in the bed and plan to do light towing with the truck as well. Any input on this?

3, UCA's - To be able to adjust camber after the truck is lifted. I helped put my buddy 3" leveling spacer kit on his Tundra and even after he went to get an alignment done, his truck has positive camber in the front resulting in un-equal and rapid tire wear.

4, Billstein shocks. I know that there are many options. My plan was to get used Billstein's from Taco with TRD off road package

- is that a good option or should I go with different model of Billstein shocks?

5, Tires - unless I get a smoking deal on used rim/tire combo, the plan is to mount 30x9.5x15 mud tires on the stock steelies.

the first link wont work with our trucks but the second two will as far as i know. and the ucas wont work either. the only ucas for our trucks that i know of are the total chas ones(http://www.chaosfab.com/88500.html, http://www.klmstore.com/ICON-5-8605-05-Up-Tacoma-5-LUG-2WD-Front-Coil-over-Shock-Kit.aspx


and as far as the bilsteins only the rears will fit on our trucks.

Good info thanks! So I am thinking the lift for $269 is the way to go and Total Chaos UCA's....

I have seened nesrelah's build and its pretty sick 5lugger. He went with his all the way. I dont want to go that crazy. I am planning on keeping the stock bumpers...

I will see how bad is the camber in the front after I lift the truck... Maybe I won't even need the UCA's...

 

yeah man you probably wont. plus those ucas are mad expensive i wouldnt want to buy them and then find out i dont need them. or if money isnt an issue go all out and long travel haha

 

I will take the truck to an alignment shop and see how the camber looks after I lift her...

If money wasnt any issue, I would have gotten access cab 2.7L 5speed 4x4 Taco

i'm not 100% sure if the 4.0L tacoma share the same size uca as the 2.4L if they do the other companies out there for uca are Built Right, Camburg, Light Racing, and i saw on here that DSM made there own uca. but like i said i'm not 100% sure how diff. they are
