i use both black magic and armourall extreme tire shine. the armourall will leave a black residue on you if you rub on it, but its good stuff. the black magic is good too for the times you want it done quick but it doesnt last too long. another reason why i like black magic is you can put it on and wash it off for the clean flat black look or leave it alone for an increadible wet shine look.

for carnuba wax i use meguiars, for synthetic wax i highly suggest everyone try collinites insulator wax it lasts forever and its what use on bently's and lamborghini astons and so on at work. for store bought tire shine i'm convinced that eagle one makes the best products. car wash i use the mildest formula possible i sometimes even use baby shampoo it might sound strange but its ph balanced and as mild as can be so it will not strip wax off. i also highly recommend meguiars ultimate spray wax this stuff is awesome its pricey at 9.99 a bottle but it has what they refer to as hydophobic polymers in it and it does just that and looks great plus it beads water like crazy and lasts a super long time for any spray i have ever used.

I followed these steps that really brought out the shine:

1.) Wash with Dawn dish soap to strip all existing wax and any other dirt.

2.) Clayed the entire truck with Mother's Clay Bar.

3.) Wax with Mother's Carnuba Wax (one of those orbital buffers is especially handy for application).

4.) Wash regularly with Meguiar's Car Wash (on sale).

I did the claying/waxing in April and my truck is still beading water nicely. I plan on doing the claying/waxing once a year.

Clean the tires with Scrubs in a Bucket wipes then use Armor All for protection and shine.
