Well, there is that gate with the no trespassing sign... then just left of it an unrestricted road (other than driving over the curb)... That area is still right behind the no trespassing sign... I went in, but I just wanted to let Tri know the facts so he isn't p/o'd when he arrives and sees that sign.

By-the-way, the back way, up to the 'drug airport' (off Twin Oaks Valley Rd) was graded and has new, big no trespasing signs since we drove in that way last winter.

The 'Drug Airport' was first reported by Panda Jerk... and when we went up there (via Mayor Road off Twin Oaks Valley Rd/ now closed) it was not a runway, just a straight piece of road... It is where you see the FJ Cruiser group driving through the water puddle in that video...

Here are 8 space images of the run beginning at the AM/PM access road (Deer Springs & I-15):

The A-TRAC test pin is where I backed down a grade and into a pair of deep ruts, high centering the rear of my truck.

Both rear tires were off the ground (truck was resting on the spare tire and differential)... and only one of my front tires had good traction, but the truck was pointed uphill, so I couldn't back down any more the direction I was pointed. A rear locker would be useless, and an open front differential as well, wouldn't help!

The A-TRAC pulled my truck forward and out of trouble... I have been determined to share that and the other 'miracles' it performs ever since! A front locker probably would also work... but A-TRAC comes with the Tacoma, standard Off Road package!
