My horn sounds like the same horn in the yaris. What can I replace it with? It looks like its simple to switch out.

    Thanks

My horn will scare the hair off a dog! I would take your truck back to the dealer and have them check it out under warranty.

I'm adding a Harbor Freight horn that I bought off a member of another forum.

Will it be a warranty issue if it works but I am not happy with the sound?

I found the utube clip on your build. They are loud but I think I want a deeper sound. Any suggestions?

I don't know of any that are deeper. I personally don't care about the tone...the volume is what get's people's attention.

I need an air tank for a train horn right? I dont want to be that loud. All I am looking to do is swap out what I have for something with a little more umph.

Do you really worry when you blast your horns at someone that they are going to say "those belong on a ricer car"?

All I care about is getting a distracted driver's attention so they don't hit me or pull out in front of me, etc....

Plus they look really cool too :anonymous:

If it was not for having a good horn I would have been in several accidents. I-95 and people on their phones not looking before they switch lanes. My state has alot of bad drivers.

Or just get the electric "air horn" that all the emergency vehicles have.
