Headlight adjustment

Just recieved my new Black headlights and after installing them noticed they are way out of adjustment. At first glance I dont see how this is fixed. Any ideas?

 

I need to adjust mine but I cannot find any adjustment screw, just a small 8/9mm bolt behind a plastic cap. Is this the adjuster?

 

The bolt under the plastic cap is one of the adjustment screws. That plastic cap is so you can use a screwdriver from the top and adjust the light without popping off the cap. If they're way out, it's easier to remove the cap and use a wrench. There are 2 adjustment screws. One at the top of the headlight that adjusts the light up and down, another at the bottom of the headlight that adjusts side to side. Park the truck somewhere level and about 20' from a vertical surface so you can properly aim the lights.

 

i need to re-adjust my HID's. i aimed them a little too low

sooo when it says clockwise for up, does this mean the screw itself turns clockwise, or you turn the screwdriver clockwise?

i love how that long ass pdf says nothing about which way to turn them
