I'm looking into buying some Pro Comp wheels, not sure which one. I'm looking into buy some alloys, thought about steel rims but I'm looking for more of a street rim, cause I heard steel rims are more meant for off-road and will start rusting. I'll let you know what particular rim I'm interested.

Nothing yet, just a roof rack and bed-extender.

How does the stage I ride? Is it better or worse than the factory?

There is no more noise than without the lift. I really can't tell any difference. The tires are a little louder, but the pro comp mud tires is not as bad as others.

I am thinking about selling my truck pretty soon and getting a GM product with more room for a Future Family Member. If anyone is interested I will sell it at a good price.

I am in no rush, but that is not even a drop in the bucket. You should have seen my rockcrawler I built and used for 1 year and sold. I am planning on future family changes and the truck will not work out so well.

So what kind of mpg are you getting with those 35's? Do you feel the need for gears?

Hi there, great truck! I'm thinking of doing the same thing with mine, by myself too. Couple of questions though:

    1. What did you use to cut the crossmember? Reciprocating Saw?

    2. What do you think of Fabtech compared to ProComp?(qualitywise not pricewise)

    3. Are the tie rod ends rub on the inside of a 17" mag? Did you use spacers? Could you use the OEM mags?

    Thanks!
