Do you have the 10w3's? I think the mounting depth may be too much to fit behind the seat.

I'm looking at doing 2 8" subs. I'm really wanting the JL8w3v3's

Ask them why they won't fit. The mounting depth on your subs is only 4.34", and your box manufacturer claims a mounting depth of 5". They should fit.

 

I picked up my sub box from a guy on eBay as well, giving the same dimensions. The thing was a pain to put in, I had to modify it heavily to fit my shallow mount pioneers, and it took forever to get into the truck. Spend the extra money and get a quality box.
