Truck alarm viper 5701 legit?

Is this legit does it look like everything is there?

I found a guy to install it for me for 100-150$

If someone who knows something about these could confirm I would greatly appreciate it and reps!

Its 150 then install 150 tops = 300

best buy = 400 for alarm then 100-200 for install = 5-600 so saving money yay!!!

So any advice? I found a Shop that will install it for 200, maybe a little less if I get a discount Im getting windows tinted as well see if they might knock some off for me.
