Yea...I ate every 2-3 hours but it would be like a dozen of wing, then 2 hrs later 6 cuts of pizza then lay on the couch most of the day. But now I spend 30-45 mins every day at the Gym, eating three times a day & half portions as I used to eat. Once in a while I will have a light snack in between. I get off my butt during the day, walk the dog and what ever.

Well, I am starting today with a Nature Valley Granola bar and a banana. It's my usual breakfast. Just hard at night finding healthy things to eat when you work graveyards and everything's closed. Plus, I hate carrying food in a cooler in my Squad Car.

I work Graveyard too...Here is what happens, I work all night and eat, then I come home eat breakfast with family, lunch then dinner before I hit the rack. By working Graveyard it seems like you eat an extra meal.

The gas is only for the first couple weeks. At least that's how i felt when i first started taking it about 6 months ago. Now i just do the metamucil about once or twice a day, depends on the work load and time I have, but at least once a day.

Not for me..I eat a light snack just before Briefing then eat about 3-4 hours later. Come home jump on TW for a few then crash til it's time to get up. Repeat process. That's not good for me, because I'm not speeding up my metabolism.
