I have a $50 BlueTooth OBDII scanner and a piece of software called Torque for my Android phone, pretty much does all of this. its not as pretty, but very very customizable.

I will be shooting a video soon, Excellent product. Creates a WIFI spot in the car. Any vehicle with OBDII port may use this. It has so many gauges that can be programed and also comes with a PC software that you can hookup to your laptop

when you say it "creates a wifi hotspot in the car".. you cant possibly mean it creates a wireless internet connection, do you?

i doubt it. i think i just uses wifi to connect just like your router connects but instead of the internet it communicates with the device

Ditto , but I got the 100 dollar one, prettier, more permanent style, doesn't stick out where you'll kick it.

Torque is a bit buggy, but for a couple bucks and near unlimited customization. Can't beat it.

Looks neat but pretty sure the guy doesn't know what he is talking about in his first vid..... You can't possibly tune with that...... That means it's hacking the stock ecu..... which takes a tuner to do that and it's different for every car....

anyone have accurate readings to test this thing?

I'm getting 185 steady for engine coolant temps after warmed up, something like 90 for intake air temp on an 80 degree day hot engine (suck it cai douches).
Got good Volts for sure. No codes.

Looks like this engine is a dinosaur that doesn't have a DFCO? Pretty sure they were mandatory now a days, mandatory for smart engine designers, maybe only on new engine designs?
