Do you mean a 3.75" backspacing?

i used to have a set of 33/12.5/15 on a set of wheels with 3.6'' backspace and they would rub on the frame at full lock, they did not rub on the UCA but that is because i have camburg ucas which at shorter they may have rubbed on the ucas if i had stockers.

If you get 4" bs and a 10" wide rim with 33/12.5 your tire will stick out out about 3-4".

you can fit a 285/75/16 on stock wheels with 4.5'' BS no problem,as long as your lifted and dont mind doing a little trimming.

I had 16x8 with 4.5" bs, sold to get 4" bs when I stepped up to 285's cuz that lil bit helps prevent some rub, but not all. A lil trimming helped the rest.
