    Been looking at DIY's and doing some research to start my Satoshi grill pretty soon. I'm looking at buying some perforated round hole sheet metal form http://www.mcnichols.com/viewer.htm but I'm not sure how thick the metal should be? Thanks for the help, see screen shot.
