I tried that for the springs and they just said yes you are eligible, call any dealer and get it done.

I put a lot of weight on my tailgate at times. Motorcycle and a riding mower. where should I be looking for bending so I can get the TSB?

mine only bent after a loading ramp slipped and a 400lb brush mower (our commercial grade DR brush mower) got caught on the edge of it when it began to fall to the ground from the back of the truck so its not something that will bend too easily with careful loading and unloading. it had a clearly visible curve to it and it actually popped the area above the handle concave but when i had a body shop partially straighten it the dent came out. As long as the weight is distributed to the edges of the tailgate and not concentrated in the middle it seems to hold up alright.

I went yesterday, took the TSB in and said I'd like this done, they said ok :D.

Then they put on the wrong leaf packs, so I have to call them this morning and tell them and have them order the right ones .

But I have all 4 bilstein shocks :).

well, looks like they gave me the correct TSB springs so hopefully i like em. the back sits a little lower than it did before the TSB since i no longer have and AAL in it, just a 1" block. I may have to look into the Bilstein 5100 CO set and TSB AAL from toytec now.:)
    Spring part numbers for reference:
    RH side 48210 04570
    LH side 48220 04210

Hope you get it all worked out, if you don't like it well it was free and at least you gave it a try.
I do like the bilstein shocks better than the ones I had and they helped my tire rub a little. I was driving it from the dealer and I was thinking I had a better ride now not stiffer like they said, so I looked and sure enough 3 leafs.
I have the TSB with the new/old part #'s and my service record shows they used the old parts of the bolts and springs.

Will it be a problem to go in and have this fixed if I have 1.5 inch blocks in my rear? I don't want them to brush off my complaint and attribute it to my lift and not the root of the problem.
