Problem installing Bilsteins on my truck. HELP

The installer just called me with a problem. He is telling me that he can not use the bilsteins with the stock OR springs. What kind of issue is he running into? Is there something else that is needed to install the bilsteins with the stock springs? He is saying that it is unsafe. HELP

he is prob having trouble compressing the spring enough. it CAN be done

 

I am here looking at it. He has the springs compressed. He said he is having a hard time keeping the spring mount on the spring and the spring straight. He is afraid that it will slide off.

 

tell him if he does it you will give him a six pack

 

Sounds like those thingies are upside down. Similar problems have been posted before. It has to do with the spring cups which ride on the circlips being upside down.

He got it figured out. I did tell him that I owe him a drink for it. He is the only guy that has worked on my truck at the custon shop that I deal with. I have put almost $5k in and just he has done the work. Leather, stereo, all new speakers, tint. No one else has touched it so I trust him. When I gave it to him for the stereo and speakers, it had only 300 miles on it.
